I want to know that which is best institute for marine engineering in india,my first preference would be a government college.

i have heard few names for bachelor degree as 1.meri,kolkata 2.Tolani,induri,pune 3.iit powai 4.samundra institute i have got 85.4% in 12th from cbse board,sir, my first prefernce would be a government college.
