i want to know the difference between IELTS n GMAT..

i want to knw the diff between gmat n ielts.. which is better to get admission for mba in india or abroad... whether gmat can also helps to purse mba degree in india if not in abroad.. also pls suggest that is there any other exam other than gmat n ielts ??

well ielts english proficiency test for getting visa to that particular country it is for 9 for aus visa u need 6.5 and canada 6.5 like that gmat is for getting admission in to management school and university in that particular country compulsary for usa management colleges
