The major finance stream programmes such as Chartered Accountancy, CA Company Secretaries, CS Chartered Financial Analyst etc. are run by their respective institutes and are thus different from general graduation and postgraduation programmes of arts and Science streams.

These are a few government exams for commerce students :-
1 LIC AAO
2 UGC NET
3) Civil service exam
4 IPPB exam
5 CTET exam
6 UPSC
7 CDS exam
8 SSC CGL etc. There is a CA exam also available for commerce students but is a non government exam.
