I want to know the govt.recognised institues of pre-primary teacher's training, duration of course and fees and if it be done by correspondence

Govt Recognised pre- teacher training courses are ECCE and ETE which are run by respective State SCERTs . both the courses are of two years
Tell me the place where you put up so that i can tell you institutes offering these courses
