  • First, you need to search for the course you want to do in Ph.D. at top US universities. Then check course eligibility criteria such as Master's degree Percentage, Language test eligibility, foreign student criteria, and other requirements. Check VISA procedures and course tenures. Basically, most universities provide a fully funded Ph.D. programme, that includes all fees (including thesis submission), monthly stipends, living allowance, medical allowance, local study allowance for conference and workshop attending, and air ticket charges.
