i want to know wether COUNCIL OF HIGHER SECONDARY EDUCATION(delhi) is recognised board or not

Delhi has only these board of education
1. CBSE ( Central Board of Higher Education)
2.ICSE
3. NIOS
4. Jamia
i think you have mistook CBSE as COUNCIL OF HIGHER SECONDARY EDUCATION
well there is no such Board as COUNCIL OF HIGHER SECONDARY EDUCATION ( Delhi)
