Hi Gautham, in addition to having a good score in GRE you will also need to have a good percentage in UG, statement of intent or purpose. Some Universities will ask you for additional essays or detailed questionaires to be filed, which should be written well. But all this for MAsters in USA.

other than this, one needs to write some MBA essays on topic given by the respective universities and also submit recommendation letters.
