I want to know wheather a 1 year drop after 12th may affect admission in ms in us.i cleared 12th in 1st attempt.

I got in 10th 87% 12th 63% B.E civil 8.7 cgpa.also suggest some 5 colleges i could get if i score 300 in gre.
