i want to know wheather a distance degree of B.A or B.sc pscolgy is equivalent to regular degree in all manner.

i want to do B.A or B.SC psychology in distance mode.but i am confused whether its equivalent to regular degree .and after completion am i eligible to apply govt job or can i purchase higher course from regular university after complete my bachelor degree from distance mode.
