As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue MS degree from universities in US so regarding this please remember application deadlines in American universities for international students are set by the department delivering each program, and these deadlines may be as early as 12 months be

You can take GRE Test after your course completion. For getting aspired score, one should take dedicated GRE test preparation since their final year of graduation.
