well u can Google for colleges in delhi,but i know one college in thiruchirapalli.Mayura School of Fashion Designing.i came to know it's good for FD.& one more college which is local to me is Vogue Institute of Fashion Technology.better try in sharjah,dubai or any middle eastern country.am basically
