I want to know which college is best ford B.E in electronic & telecommunication engineering in mumbai for 60 to 70% mark for addmission

In want addmission in engineering college.I have secured 57.67% in 5th sem & the result of 6th sem will be arround 80% or above .i am shour because of my god.
