It depends on your interest.First you should know what kind of work you would have to do in electronics and in chemical.then decide in which field is your personal interest.it purely depends on you own personal interest.

Electronic is always considered good but I will suggest that you see your interest and ranking as there is enough scope and good job oppotunity in both streams
