I want to know which one is good M.tech or MCA ?

Well it is not possible to compare the two courses as both of them are offering good career prospects, also pursuing these courses would highly depend on your eligibility as well.

You will do MCA first then M.Tech, it will give you an added advantage.
MCA - Masters in Computer Applications
M.Tech- Masters in Technology

M.Tech is better in general since companies preffered M.Tech rather than MCA.

what have u done if Btech can enroll for Mtech if u have done graduation(bcom, bca, ba) then u r eligble for MCA....you can do mtech only after btech/mca/ms.
