In India the best option is to come in the merit list of PMT exam and get into a Govt Meedical college. That is the best plus cheapest option. Across the other part of the globe the cost and credibilty both differ hugely from place to place.

HI Akhil, agreeing with Mr MAthur, Indian education is the best and least cost - I wouldn't call it cheap !!! If you plans to practise in India, then study in India, rather going through the hassels of applying for eligibility cert, finding out recognised univ, and then upon return sit for screening
