i want to know which will be good for study in M.P. with B.E. or U.P. with B.Tech

it Doesn't Depend upon State it Depends Upon College. if your getting some Good or Even Average College then better do in MP. As UP Tech is really not a Good University from Which more than 500 College is Affiliated. So better if you are getting some good college then do it from MP.
