i want to knw abt admission procedure, for PG MEDICINE in either of the following countries-- singapore,newzeland,canada.

i have completed MBBS(84%) from china in 2011 ..now working in india as a medical officer..i want to knw abt admission procedure in PG medicine,fees structue .living expenses ect in singapore,canada or newzeland..do i have to take exam for admission?
