Hi Kiran,
The MS that you are referring to is most commonly offered by the institute abroad. In India, the course is more seen as an equivalent to M.Sc until it is not of research work. And if you are keen towards MS Research then for that you will require a masters degree like that of Ph.D/ M.Phil
