You can join a short term course in an animation institute. You can also watch tutorials on YouTube.

Watch tutorials of beginners first and watching is not enough. You need to practice too. Studying in a institute will only teach you how to use the software tools but only by exposure to different projects on YouTube and by practice you will learn.
