i want to learn and speak english. i am from ahmedabad. i am student.. but i hate reading. so tell me best point for learning and speak.?

In order to improve your English you can do the following things:
Start reading good English magazines and news papers, and while reading underline the words for which you do not know the meaning, then refer to the dictionary and find out the meaning of the word.
