Jatin, you may contact Appin Online for embedded systems. I have also heard about CDAC Mohali which has got its course with assured placement in embedded systems. All the Best

u can do after completing B.tech but there is not great connection between programming with electronics so my suggestion go only for micro-controlers it will help in communication.
