I want to leave B.Tech (I.T) for B.Sc. (comp sci) (H). Because I want to go in development side. Am I doing any mistake or its alright?

I will suggest that you continue and complete BTech IT. Chose subjects leading to Research and developments, hardware etc. Post graduation may lead you to the choice you wish now.
