i want to make my career in biotechnology feild..i am thinking of going for btech with biotech rather than bsc...will that be fine?

Yes it will be fine as BTech is considered to be more technical and research oriented with students being provided a real hands-on. Also this will open up gates for higher education in foreign universities.
