If you are looking for colleges in India then here are the top 3 colleges for interior designing:
1. National Institute of Fashion Technology-New Delhi
2. International Institute of Fashion Technology (IIFT)
3. Institute of Indian Interior Designer.

The semester may start from the first week of August. Contact the colleges for it. I'm not that sure.
