I want to mass communication in usa please advice me the full details

I had completed my graduation in Biotechnology. iam interested in mass communications. i want to study mass communications in usa or uk. please suggest me about career, fee structure ,best colleges. is it better to do graduation in mass communications in india or usa. what about the placxements. ple

Dear Child, Good that you are clear in your choice of subjects, but please understand that you will be going OUT of your field of Biotech, which is not always good. So I suggest: You pursue M.Sc(Biotech) in FULL-TIME. AND do Mass Communication from IGNOU, N.Delhi in Distance mode, so in due course
