Best for you would be MBA in operations. Try taking "Infrastructure and project finance" as an elective. MBA in operations includes project management which is an integral part in manufacturing and construction projects.

There is no specific specialization course in MBA which would directly help out the Civil engg graduates. You can however do MBA in HR which would help you in your job in large organizations.
