For medical store, you must have completed Diploma in pharmacy or B.Pharma, then only you will be eligible to get license of pharmaceutical store. You can register yourself as a pharmacist and get license of your own pharmacy store after completing D.Pharm or B.Pharm.

A drug license is required to start a pharmacy business,. The Central Drugs Standard & Control Organisation and state Drug Standard Control Organisation control the issue of license. To open a Medical store you will have to obtain Retail Drug License. In most states a retail Drug License is issued to a person who possess a degree or diploma in pharmacy from a recognized university. I suggest you do B Pharma to meet your career aspirations.
