I want to Persue Diploma in Human Resource Management. Is this programme well recognised from MIT School of Distance education
I have done double masters, and PhD . I am currently working as PGT Biology in DPS Ranchi and want to persue Post graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management to strenghen my posssibilities for an administrative job. If i persue this cource from MIT sch. of Distance Edu., will my degree get value.

Well, since you are opting for distance education courses, it would be better to pursue the same from top notch distance MBA providers like NMIMS, IMT-CDL, SCDL, SMU-DE or IGNOU which have great brand value. Location doesnt matter in distance courses as there are no classroom sessions.

No, it has no value in the job market. It will help you to gain knowledge if you are already in the job.
Alternatively you can do a 2 years Diploma in Personnel management from National Institute of Personnel Management.
