Hi Satya Sai Prasanna, You can start with NCERT. Start reading NCERT. It would be the best guide at least for chemistry. Experienced people say that you should read chemistry NCERT book at least for thrice. For physics and maths start solving numericals on daily basis from famous books, like H C Ver

Preparation should not be easy, it should be smart and useful. So, cover each topic with last 20 years questions. Chemistry and Maths are quite scoring and also prepare for easy topics from physics. All the best.
