Hi Satya Sai Prasanna, You can start with NCERT. Start reading NCERT. It would be the best guide at least for chemistry. Experienced people say that you should read chemistry NCERT book at least for thrice. For physics and maths start solving numericals on daily basis from famous books, like H C Verma for physics and for maths you can refer any book suggested in your coaching. All the Best!

    Hi there!
Read ncert thoroughly, then buy any coaching institutions material and practice that properly, you can also join some coaching institution. Practice physics & Maths properly, chemistry is the scoring part also do follow the study material of the coaching properly, before exams solve previous year question papers and you can clear the exam. Hope you got your answer.

Preparation should not be easy, it should be smart and useful. So, cover each topic with last 20 years questions. Chemistry and Maths are quite scoring and also prepare for easy topics from physics.
    All the best.
