I want to prepare letters of recommendation for studying Masters in Germany...But i am unaware of that..How i can prepare them.?

Letter of recommendation is not written by the candidate. It is written by some academician who knows you and aware of your academics. Approach your Head, Dean, Principal etc to make a letter for you. It must be addressed to the Dean of your destination college abroad.
