I want to pursue a career in graphic design,could anyone recommend a good college in bangalore or mumbai that is still open for admission ?

I recently have had to drop out of an engineering college since my passion lies in art and creative fields, could anyone recommend a good college that is as a reasonable fee structure in preferably Bangalore or otherwise mumbai or pune?
