The duration of the interior design is 4 years, and the fees is approximately INR. 90k per annum for more details you can visit this link:

There are many design institutes which has vocational diploma courses on interior design. Online, I am not sure how much you can learn.
Online diploma course in Interior design might go upto INR 50k approx.
Online, you can try AoneTraining (Interior/ Architectural Design).
