Whats your qualification? If you will be passing class 12th this year, you can apply for 5-years course & if you are a graduate then you can apply for 3-years course. You've to fill up the form of those universities where you want to apply. First, decide in which city & university you want to take a

According to my opinion, 5 years law is the best and as you are in class 12th now, so it will be good for you to join after class 12th immediately.
