You need to be MA in performing arts - Bharatnatyam subject before to apply for PhD. Below are the of universities in which you can do PhD and MA in dance.
- Tamil University, Thanjavur: Offers a full-time, 3-6 year doctoral programme in Bharatanatyam.
- Kalai Kaviri College of Fine Arts: Offers a 2-year
