    Hi Pranshu,
Your question needs to be understood practically more than theoretically. First of all, Photography is more of a matter of interest and passion than a matter of study. A degree rarely has anything to do about it. So, if you've got a flair of it already will fetch you enough of opportunities.
If you wish to learn photography to become a professional, you can pursue a course, certification or a diploma in the field of photography to become a professional.
So, yes, A degree will be an add-on to your future prospects no matter in which field you are interested in.
I hope it cleared all your confusion.
    All the best.

No, B.Sc. has no subject such as photography but you can go for Mass communication as the students can explore these job opportunities such as photography, news editing, journalism or radio jockeying.

Why would you study B.sc if you want to get in to the field of photography? I'm sorry but there is no relation between the two.
You can study media, art, design courses which actually cover some aspect of photography or even concepts which can help you in photography. Unless you're one of those people who need to have get an engineering degree,or so, out of the way before they actually start working towards what they actually want to do.
