I want to pursue an integrated Diploma + degree course in engineering. Is it possible?

There is no provision of integrated Diploma in engineering and B.Tech engineering. You can take lateral entry admission in engineering after Diploma in engineering so that you can complete both Diploma and engineering degree in 6 years after completing 10th class.
