I want to pursue B.Ed through IGNOU but I haven't done D.El.Ed because it is meant for elementary school. How can I go for it?

You have to complete your graduation with 50% marks to do B.Ed. If you have this qualifications, then it is your choice to do either B.Ed or D.El.Ed.
