IUCAA, IIA (Indian Institute of Astrophysics) Bangalore, IISER Pune, CESSI IISER Kolkata, ICTS, HRI Allahabad, IIST Trivandrum, TIFR, NCRA, RRI Bangalore, IISc Bangalore are good for Astrophysics.
