I want to pursue BA English (Hons.) from DU. Which subjects should I consider to calculate my best four score?

Best four subjects are arranged in high to low weightage and whatsoever is the last subject. Doesn't include in the best four. And English is compulsory in best four. The admission is merit based in DU so your % of best four must be ranges between 85-98%. hope this helps.
