I want to pursue BA(Hons.) in Geography. I'll pass out of high school in 2012. At present there's no college in my state offering this. HELP

I want to know if there's any restriction on students moving from one state to another. Since, the colleges in my state offer Hons. in some subjects but NOT IN GEOGRAPHY! So...I need to get outside and find a college. I want to do it on a full time basis, not correspondence....
