    After class 12th, you have to give CLAT exam for taking admission in a good Law College. However, there are many other colleges which take admission without CLAT exam. You have to prepare general awareness questions and basic legal questions from constitution and Criminal laws.

    Hey,
    If you are an Indian and want to take admission in and Indian college for BA LLB then I would suggest you to take up CLAT i.e. common law admission test.
    Eligibility can be checked at www.clat.ac.in.
    Now, as far as preparation is concerned, it's a 200 marks exam with .25 negative marking.
    You get questions from English, maths, logical reasoning, legal aptitude and general knowledge.
    For GK, you need current affairs for past 1 year.
    For English, prefer any grammar book and a book called word power made easy by Norman Lewis that will do.
    For maths, you need basic arithmetic knowledge and thus, can prefer 10th level maths book.
