I want to pursue BA LLB after my board's exams in 2024. Do I need to have legal studies as my subject for CUET?

No you don't need legal studies as your mandatory subject for the cuet exams. But it also depends on University to university. Please check your university eligibility criteria first. The general eligibility criteria for BA LLB programme typically requires you to have passed class 12 with a minimum percentage between 45 to 50 percent.
