After 10+2 in science, commerce or arts, excluding fine arts, you can enrol for the Company Secretary programme conducted through distance mode in three stages:
Foundation (eight-month),
Executive Program
Professional Program
If you are a graduate except fine arts , you are eligible to register

CS is itself a distance course. Get yourself registered with the CS institute and and start preparing for the exams.
