I want to pursue CSE from DTU. Should I drop 1 year and try again?

I have scored 147 in JEE mains 2016 and 82% in CBSE boards (I am a dropper).

    since you had taken the drop and you have improved your result this year means you have the potential and if you think you can get more marks after 1 year than you go for a drop otherwise if you satisfied with your preparation b4 exam that you had done what you can then go for college.
