    RIMT University in Punjab offers the Culinary Art course. In Culinary Art course, you can do Business Communication, Basic Food & Beverage Production, Hospitality French, Hospitality French, Food Microbiology and Nutrition, Food and Beverage Control.     BA would be a better choice if you are interested in the Culinary. Management would be a good choice if you just want to learn managerial aspects of culinary and hotel. Needless to say, MBA has better career prospect.
