I want to pursue Diploma in electrical engineering from Wisdom School of Management. Am I eligible to take admission in the 2nd year?
I passed 10+2 with PCM in 2016.

Yes you are eligible. You can directly go for 2nd year. Try to your lateral entry admission from a good renowned college. It will be helpful for you in future to get placed in good fields.
