I want to pursue Diploma in industrial chemistry by distance education. I am a 7th semester B.Tech student. Am I eligible for it?

Yes, after completing your graduation, you can pursue Diploma in industrial chemistry by distance education. You also can do this with you graduation but for that you both courses should not be private. You are eligible to do that.
