I want to pursue distance MBA of 1 year in Human Resource but I'm a Graduate & not a post graduate. So what would be the best option for me? I have completed my Graduation in the year 2000 and now as i am already working, do not have sufficient time to complete post graduation & then think of MBA!

The duration of MBA program is 2 years, in order to pursue MBA you need to be graduate in any field, as per your profile you may consider pursuing MBA through distance education, by this you may easily maintain balance between your job and studies.

Do two year MBA if possible than regular is best option otherwise go for distance education
