I want to pursue engg. but my parents cannot afford private colleges. i could not qualify jee-mains. What other options do i have?

I got 56745th rank in viteee. Got 55 marks in jee mains. I coudn't apply for COMEDK. are there any good govt. college options left for me? :'(
