Hey Shahidul, I researched some of the universities in Assam. The first one I saw is department of mass communication and journalism, University of Gauhati which is the number one of all. Then there are: -Department of Mass Communication, Assam Down Town University Fees: 1 to 2 lakhs -Krishna Kanta
